Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This privacy policy describes how Gkogko.app ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Gama at gama.gkogko.app.

2. How the app works

The pose-detection model (BlazePose) is loaded into your browser and runs locally. Your camera feed is processed in real time and immediately discarded after analysis. We never see, access, or store any images or video from your camera.

3. Data we collect

3.1 Purchase data

When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and payment information through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3.2 Access and license data

We store a minimal record (via Supabase) confirming your purchase was completed, used solely to unlock app access. This record does not include any camera, video, or exercise-performance data.

3.3 No camera or video data

To be explicit: we do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any images, video, or visual data from your camera. All camera processing happens locally on your device and is discarded immediately after each frame is analysed.

3.4 Local session data

Rep counts and session history, if retained at all, are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data is never transmitted to us and is lost if you clear your browser data.

4. GDPR compliance

Gama is designed with privacy by default. Since pose analysis runs entirely on-device with no transmission of visual data, no personal visual data is processed by our servers. The only personal data we hold is what is necessary to process payment and verify your purchase. You may request deletion of your purchase record at any time by contacting help@gkogko.app.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — purchase and access verification

Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function.

6. Cookies

Gama uses essential cookies and local storage only, for functions like remembering your unlocked access status and your preferred coach voice. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's privacy

Gama is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
