These terms of service ("terms") govern your use of the Gama web application at gama.gkogko.app. By purchasing or using Gama, you agree to these terms.
Gama is a web application that uses your device's camera and on-device AI to count repetitions and provide real-time form feedback for baithaks (Hindu squats) and dands (Hindu pushups). All pose detection and analysis runs entirely in your browser, on your device. No camera images or video are transmitted, stored, or processed on external servers.
Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual license to use Gama in your browser. Access is unlocked via a license check tied to your purchase and is not transferable.
Gama is sold as a one-time purchase. Two pricing tiers are available (student and standard) on an honor-code basis — you select the tier that applies to you. Prices are listed on gama.gkogko.app and may change at any time; price changes do not affect existing purchasers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your privacy is fundamental to how Gama works. The app processes camera data entirely on your device using a local AI model. No images or video are captured, stored, or transmitted. For full details, see our privacy policy.
Gama guides you through physical exercises (baithaks and dands). You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical condition and ability to perform these exercises safely. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing injuries, joint issues, cardiovascular conditions, or are pregnant.
Gama runs in modern web browsers that support camera access (getUserMedia) over a secure HTTPS connection. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or camera hardware. A working camera is required for pose detection features.
Gama is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to injury or health-related outcomes. Gama is not a medical device, fitness certification, or substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
